The owner associated with this service, is not held accountable for decisions made by the client. You fully understand that by participating in a consultation, you accept complete responsibility for your own medical, financial, legal, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Consultations offered are not to be used as a substitute for any type of medical, health, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed professional counseling, therapy or treatment. Any and all decisions and actions made by the individual requesting a consultation or reading are the responsibility of that individual now and in the future.
Payment Terms:
- Full Payment Required: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm your consultation.
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. If you cannot attend your consultation, you may reschedule within the allowed timeframe.
- Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the consultation may not be accommodated.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and have not rescheduled in advance, the consultation is considered forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

• I may refuse a consultation for any client should I feel uncomfortable or the consultation at all is unethical. In these cases, your complete fee will be refunded.
